Motivation
Motivation comes and goes. Some days, youβll feel driven. Other days, you wonβt. Thatβs normal. But hereβs the truth: motivation isnβt what gets results β discipline does.
When you start losing motivation, do this:
Remember why you started. Look at your progress. Think about why you wanted to improve in the first place.
Make it a habit. Donβt rely on motivation β just do the work, even when you donβt feel like it.
Keep your environment in check. Surround yourself with people and content that push you to keep going.
Track small wins. Progress keeps you going. Take photos, measure results, and look back to see how far youβve come.
Motivation will fail you sometimes. Discipline never will. Keep moving forward.
