# Motivation

Motivation **comes and goes.** Some days, you’ll feel driven. Other days, you won’t. That’s normal. But here’s the truth: **motivation isn’t what gets results — discipline does.**

When you start losing motivation, do this:

1. **Remember why you started.** Look at your progress. Think about why you wanted to improve in the first place.
2. **Make it a habit.** Don’t rely on motivation — just do the work, even when you don’t feel like it.
3. **Keep your environment in check.** Surround yourself with people and content that push you to keep going.
4. **Track small wins.** Progress keeps you going. Take photos, measure results, and look back to see how far you’ve come.

Motivation will fail you sometimes. **Discipline never will.** Keep moving forward.
