Daily posture checks

Bad posture makes you look shorter and weaker. Fixing it takes constant awareness.

  • Stand tall. Shoulders back, chest up, chin level.

  • Check yourself in mirrors. Correct slouching immediately.

  • Use phone reminders. Set alerts to fix posture throughout the day.

  • Strengthen your back and core. Weak muscles = bad posture.

  • Sit properly. No hunching over screens. Keep feet flat and back straight.

Do posture checks multiple times a day until standing tall becomes natural.
