Teeth care
Bad teeth ruin your looks, no matter how good your jawline or skin is. Yellow, crooked, or dirty teeth make you look unhygienic and unattractive. Clean, white, and straight teeth make a huge difference.
Hereβs how to fix them.
Daily Teeth Care
πͺ₯ Brush Properly (Twice a Day, 2 Minutes Each Time)
Use a soft-bristle toothbrush and a fluoride toothpaste.
Brush all surfaces β front, back, and chewing surfaces.
Donβt forget your tongue β bad breath comes from bacteria buildup.
𧡠Floss Every Night
Floss removes food and plaque between your teeth that brushing misses.
If you skip flossing, your breath will stink, and your gums will recede.
π¦ Mouthwash (Optional but Useful)
Helps kill bacteria and freshen breath.
Use an alcohol-free mouthwash to avoid dry mouth.
Whitening Your Teeth
If your teeth are yellow, fix it. White teeth make your face look cleaner, younger, and more attractive.

Use Whitening Powder β Activated charcoal or baking soda (1-2x per week, not daily).
Try Whitening Strips β Use as directed (too much = sensitive teeth).
Professional Whitening β Dentists offer treatments that work faster and last longer.
β Avoid smoking β it stain your teeth over time (and non only teeth).
If you have bad teeth, also avoid drinking too much coffee and eating too much candies.
Dentist Checkups (Once a Year, Minimum)
β Get a professional cleaning at least once a year to remove plaque buildup. This is not only about your look, but also about your health. β If you have cavities, fix them early before they get worse. β If you have gum issues, donβt ignore them. Receding gums make your teeth look worse.
Straighten Your Teeth (If Needed)
Crooked teeth donβt just affect your smile. They affect your entire face shape. A misaligned bite can make your jawline look weaker and even cause asymmetry.

β Braces or Clear Aligners β depending on how bad your teeth are, straightening can take months to years, but itβs worth it. β Retainers β if youβve had braces before, wear your retainer to keep your teeth in place.
Donβt be lazy about this. The sooner you fix your teeth, the better.
