Proper tongue posture
This is the easiest thing you can do to improve your looks. You donβt need to go to the gym, change your diet, or spend extra time on exercises. Just pay attention to where your tongue is.
What is Correct Tongue Posture?
Your tongue should rest against the roof of your mouth at all times (except when eating or speaking). Most people let their tongue sit at the bottom of their mouth, which makes their face look weaker over time.

β Tip of the tongue: lightly touching the area behind your front teeth (but not pressing). β Middle and back of the tongue: pressed against the roof of your mouth. β Mouth: closed, breathing through your nose.
This position helps define your jawline, improves facial structure, and can even fix bad posture.
Note that this method is not scientifically proven. However, you can still find many men who tried it and got the results.
How to Check If Youβre Doing It Right
Say the word "sing." Notice where your tongue touches the roof of your mouth on the "ng" sound? Thatβs where it should rest.
Swallow and keep your tongue in place after.
Look in the mirror β your face should look slightly more lifted when your tongue is in the correct position.
Make It a Habit
Check your tongue position throughout the day. If you catch yourself mouth-breathing, fix it immediately. Over time, this will become automatic.
It costs nothing, takes no time, and can make a real difference.
