# Orbicularis oculi exercises

Your eye area plays a huge role in how attractive you look. Strong, well-defined eyes give you a more intense, **masculine** look, often called **"Hunter Eyes."** If your eyes look tired, puffy, or droopy, it can make you seem weak or less confident.

The **orbicularis oculi** is the muscle around your eyes. Training this muscle can:\
✔ Make your eyes appear **more deep-set and defined**\
✔ Reduce **eyelid puffiness and dark circles**\
✔ Improve **upper eyelid posture** for a sharper look
