* 2-3 liters per day (more if you sweat a lot)
* Drink before, during, and after workouts
* If your pee is dark yellow, you’re dehydrated

### R**isky Supplements: Why I Don’t Recommend Them**

Some supplements **work really well** for muscle growth, but they come with **serious long-term health risks.**

🚫 **Steroids & SARMs** – build muscle fast but wreck your hormones, cause heart issues, and shrink your balls.\
🚫 **Prohormones** – similar to steroids, but with **tons of side effects.**\
🚫 **Fat Burners** – most are just **stimulants that don’t actually burn fat.**

Yes, steroids work. You will get bigger and stronger faster than with natural training. But in the long run? They mess up your body, destroy your natural testosterone, and can cause permanent damage. Not worth it.
